Information may be shared with subcontractors that perform services on our behalf (such as our CRM and SMS service providers like GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) solely to deliver our services to you. All other categories of personal information may be shared as outlined in this Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Each checkbox must be selected independently and consent for one does not imply consent for the other. (A) TRANSACTIONAL SMS CONSENT — By checking the transactional consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring transactional SMS from Saman "Sam" Sabeti at StepStone Realty for home valuation reports, appointment confirmations and reminders, and document delivery. (B) PROMOTIONAL SMS CONSENT — By separately checking the promotional consent checkbox, you additionally agree to receive promotional/marketing SMS messages about market updates, listings, follow-ups, and home selling opportunities. Message frequency varies (typically 2-8 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Your information is shared only with our SMS service providers (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) under confidentiality agreements, and is not sold for third-party marketing. Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is optional and not a condition of any purchase or service. By providing your number, you confirm you are the subscriber or have authority to consent on the subscriber's behalf.
